All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days.
We estimate all orders to be delivered between 7 and 10 business days. Expedited shipping time is available for an additional fee (2-3 days).
Since every product is handmade, some products may be out of stock. These items will be made-to-order and arrive within 2-3 weeks.
We do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Returns & Exchanges
For our US customers we accept returns and exchanges. No returns or exchanges will be accepted for sale items and custom items. All international sales are final, no returns, exchanges or refunds. All event sales are final, no returns, exchanges or refunds.
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Boozie & Co. has the right to refuse returns not meeting these requirements.
Please do not send back your purchase to us before contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org and receiving an approval notification.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Items lost in transit will not be compensated.
