Money-back Guarantee
If you are not completely satisfied after purchase, return your new and unused item within 14 days for a full money-back guarantee.
Returns
For our US customers we accept returns and exchanges. No returns or exchanges will be accepted for previous season items. All international sales and event sales are final, no returns, exchanges or refunds. All custom orders, wholesale orders, private labeling orders, or corporate orders are final and cannot be cancelled, returned, exchanged, or refunded (Please refer to the custom order policy below)
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Boozie & Co. have the right to refuse returns not meeting these requirements.
Please do not send back your purchase to us before contacting us at info@boozieandco.com and receiving an approval notification.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
Items lost in transit will not be compensated.

Custom Order Policy
Custom orders, wholesale orders, private labeling order, or corporate orders are made-to-order and crafted specifically based on each client’s selections (leather, colors, hardware, size, and design details). Because these pieces are uniquely created and cannot be resold or repurposed, all custom orders are final sale.
Production begins shortly after payment is received. Once a custom order, wholesale order, private labeling order, or corporate order is placed, it cannot be cancelled, refunded, exchanged, or returned at any point in the process — whether production has started, is in progress, or completed.
By submitting payment for a custom order (whether through our website, invoice, Venmo, or direct communication), the customer confirms and agrees to these terms.
