Shipping

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days.

We estimate all orders to be delivered between 7 and 10 business days. Expedited shipping time is available for an additional fee (2-3 days).

Since every product is handmade, some products may be out of stock. These items will be made-to-order and arrive within 4-6 weeks.

We do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Custom orders require additional production time before shipment. Because each bag is uniquely made based on the client’s specifications, timelines can vary depending on the design details, leather sourcing, and craftsmanship required.

Custom orders may take up to 60 days to complete and ship. In some cases, production may exceed this timeframe if the selected materials require additional sourcing, if the design is highly detailed, or if specialty skins are not immediately available. In these situations, the customer will be notified and updated on the revised expected delivery window.

Once completed, custom orders ship according to the carrier and service selected at checkout or confirmed during the order process.
